Baku and Georgia Journey

Your aircraft arrives at Heydar Aliyev International Airport where a private chauffeur guide awaits. He escorts you by sedan to the hotel you have selected among the options in Baku. After completing check in, the remainder of the day is yours to unwind after your travels. You might choose to wander along the waterfront promenade or simply stay indoors to recharge. No meals are provided on this arrival day, leaving you free to sample a nearby eatery on your own.

Following the morning meal, your chauffeur guide takes you on a comprehensive tour of the capital. You explore the walled inner city, a UNESCO zone housing the Maiden Tower and the Shirvanshahs’ palace complex. Next, you ride the funicular up to Highland Park for sweeping views of the Flame Towers and the curve of the bay. The drive also includes a pass along the seaside boulevard and a glance at the futuristic Heydar Aliyev Center from outside. The tour concludes by early afternoon, giving you free time to rest or shop before an independent dinner.

A morning drive westward brings you to the historic town of Shamakhi, once a royal capital of the Shirvan region. After checking out from your Baku lodging, your chauffeur guide drives you to Heydar Aliyev International Airport for a short flight to Tbilisi, which is not part of the package price. Upon landing at Tbilisi International Airport, a fresh Georgian chauffeur guide meets you and transfers you to your hotel in the capital. The remainder of the day is left open so you can recover from the journey or take a gentle stroll along Rustaveli Avenue. You overnight in Tbilisi, with breakfast included for the following morning.

Right after breakfast, your chauffeur guide leads you north onto the legendary Georgian Military Highway. The first stop is Ananuri Fortress, a medieval castle guarding the turquoise waters of the Zhinvali Reservoir.
