These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Begovo website located at begovo.com, including all services, content, features, and functionality offered through the site (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Begovo, Inc., a company incorporated in the state of Wyoming, United States ("Begovo," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. The Service
Begovo provides a travel planning and booking platform that connects travelers with dedicated travel specialists who assist in designing, verifying, and booking travel itineraries. The Service includes three core journey types: Plan My Trip, Travel Anytime, and Small Group Tours.
Begovo acts as an agent between travelers and third-party travel suppliers, including accommodation providers, tour operators, ground handlers, and transportation companies ("Suppliers"). Begovo is not itself a Supplier and does not directly provide transportation, accommodation, or ground services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. Account & Communication
To progress beyond an initial inquiry, you will be asked to provide your email address. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate and for maintaining the security of any credentials associated with your account or communication channel.
You agree to receive service-related communications from Begovo, including itinerary updates, booking confirmations, and specialist messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant Supplier. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as confirmed by your specialist, and upon issuance of a booking confirmation by Begovo.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Begovo uses encrypted checkout with trusted payment providers. Payment card details are processed securely and are not stored on Begovo systems.
By making a booking, you authorize Begovo to charge the agreed amount to the payment method you provide.
5. Third-Party Suppliers
Begovo works with a curated network of vetted third-party Suppliers. While Begovo takes reasonable steps to verify the quality and reliability of its Supplier network, Begovo is not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of any Supplier.
Your booking with a Supplier is subject to that Supplier's own terms and conditions. These will be made available to you at or before the time of booking. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to those Supplier terms.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by package type and Supplier. Full details are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation terms before confirming any booking.
7. Travel Documents & Visas
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold valid travel documents, including a valid passport, all required visas, and any other entry permits required for your destination. Begovo may provide guidance on requirements as a courtesy, but this guidance does not constitute legal or immigration advice and is not guaranteed to be complete or current. Entry decisions rest with the relevant government authority.
8. Travel Insurance
Begovo strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, curtailment, and loss of personal property. Begovo does not provide travel insurance and is not liable for losses that would have been covered by an appropriate policy.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or to any system or network connected to it. You may not use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to copy, design, photography, trademarks, and the Begovo name and brand, is owned by or licensed to Begovo, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Service without our prior written consent.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Begovo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included on it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Begovo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Begovo, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any booking made through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Begovo in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Begovo, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
15. Changes to Terms
Begovo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
