Georgia in Eight Days

Your flight lands at Tbilisi International Airport. A driver meets you and transfers you by private vehicle to your hotel in the city center. After checking in, the remainder of the day is free for you to rest after your journey. You may take a short walk along Rustaveli Avenue or simply relax in your room. No meals are provided today, but breakfast will be served tomorrow morning.

After breakfast, your chauffeur driver takes you to Rike Park for a walking tour of the old city. You ride the cable car up to Narikala Fortress, enjoying panoramic views of the Mtkvari River and the colorful rooftops below. Descending, you wander through narrow streets lined with wooden balconies and hidden courtyards. You pass the sulfur bath district of Abanotubani, then cross the futuristic Bridge of Peace. Your chauffeur driver is available throughout to assist with directions and timing. The route also includes Sioni Cathedral and Rezo Gabriadze’s charming clock tower. The afternoon is free for independent exploration.

After breakfast, your chauffeur driver heads north along the Georgian Military Highway. You stop at Ananuri Fortress, a medieval castle overlooking the turquoise Zhinvali Reservoir. Your driver explains the history of the site and the battles once fought here. You continue through the Gudauri ski resort, pausing for photos of snow‑capped peaks. In the late afternoon, your chauffeur driver checks you into your hotel in Gudauri. The evening is yours to enjoy the crisp mountain air and quiet surroundings. Dinner is on your own at the hotel or a nearby restaurant.

Breakfast is followed by a 4x4 vehicle transfer arranged by your chauffeur driver for the steep climb up to Gergeti Trinity Church, perched at 2,170 metres below Mount Kazbek. Your driver coordinates the jeep ride and waits while you take in the breathtaking views of the Caucasus range and the small town of Stepantsminda below. After descending, your chauffeur driver returns you to Tbilisi. You check back into your hotel and have the rest of the day free to relax or explore at your own pace. Dinner is not included.

After breakfast, you check out from your Tbilisi hotel. Your chauffeur driver takes you on a long scenic drive west to Batumi, Georgia’s Black Sea resort. Upon arrival, you check into your hotel and later in the evening your chauffeur driver conducts a city tour. You visit the Piazza, the moving statue of Ali and Nino, the old 19th‑century streets, the Alphabet Tower, and the singing fountains on the New Boulevard. Your driver points out the key landmarks and shares local stories. The sparkling lights and lively atmosphere make for an unforgettable night.

Breakfast is followed by a visit to the Batumi Botanical Garden. Your chauffeur driver takes you to the garden entrance and explains the layout. You then explore the 113‑hectare nature reserve on a hillside, wandering through collections of Himalayan, Mediterranean, and tropical plants, including Japanese cherry, date palms, cacti, bamboo, magnolias, and cypresses. The garden descends in terraces toward the sea, offering stunning coastal views. Your chauffeur driver waits for you at the exit and returns you to your hotel. The afternoon is free for you to explore Batumi’s beaches or promenade on your own. Dinner is independent.

After breakfast and checkout, your chauffeur driver takes you to Martvili Canyon, a dramatic gorge with turquoise water and a seven‑metre waterfall. Your driver assists with purchasing entrance tickets and boat ride vouchers. You take a twenty‑minute boat ride through the canyon, admiring the sheer rock walls covered in emerald moss. The area once served as a bathing place for the Dadiani princes. Afterwards, your chauffeur driver drives you back to Tbilisi and checks you into your hotel for the final night. The evening is free for last‑minute souvenir shopping or a farewell dinner on your own.
