Itinerary
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be received and transferred on a private car basis to your hotel in Nairobi for check-in and some relaxation. Later in the day, you will be picked up from your hotel lobby to begin the shared tour journey to Masai Mara National Park. En route, stop to admire the breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley. Arrive at Masai Mara in time for a hot lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, embark on your first shared tour game drive to see wildlife such as elephants, zebras, and giraffes in their natural habitat. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast at your lodge, enjoy a full-day shared tour game drive in Masai Mara, one of Africa’s most famous reserves. Spot the Big Five – lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and black rhinoceros – as well as hippos, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and a variety of birds. Visit the Mara and Talek Rivers to see wildlife in their natural environment. A picnic lunch is served in the heart of the reserve. Continue the afternoon shared tour game drive, taking in the golden landscapes and abundant wildlife. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast and check-out, take an optional visit to a traditional Masai Village to experience local culture, traditional dances, and customs. Continue your shared tour drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. Spend the afternoon on a shared tour game drive at Lake Nakuru, famous for its thousands of flamingos, rhinos, and diverse birdlife. Capture stunning photographs of wildlife against the backdrop of the sparkling lake. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, check out and begin the shared tour journey back to Nairobi. Optionally stop at Lake Naivasha for activities such as a boat ride among hippos and birds or a visit to Crescent Island Sanctuary. Continue the scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley and arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon. You will be dropped off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, concluding your Kenya safari adventure.
